Sticky Quorn Sausage Skewers

Ready in 15 to 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Quorn Sausages
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 rounded tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 red or yellow pepper, cut into large pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into thick slices
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • You’ll also need

  • skewers or kebab sticks (soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes before using for grilling or barbecuing)

How To Cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5 or grill. Mix the mango chutney, olive oil, lemon juice and mustard together in a bowl.
  2. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and coat with the mustard mix.
  3. Thread the vegetable pieces onto the skewers or kebab sticks alternating with the sausage pieces.
  4. Brush with any remaining glaze, place on an oven tray and bake for 17 minutes, turning frequently.
