Raspberry Blush Cocktail
Ingredients
- 100ml gin
- 10 raspberries
- 6 lime Wedges
- 30ml Belvoir Raspberry & Rose Cordial
- 150ml lychee Juice
- a lychee and a raspberry, to garnish
How To Cook
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice.
- Strain into a hiball glass over fresh cubed ice and garnish with a lychee and raspberry on a stick. www.belvoirfruitfarms.co.uk
