“No Cows Were Harmed” Milkshake

Delicious vegan milkshake, made with no animal ingredients, a lot lower in calories than your regular milkshake and tastes absolutely delicious (if you like coconuts)

Ready in Under 15 Mins

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp of unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 - 1/3 cup non-dairy cream. I used Oatly Cream
  • 1 - 2 tsp any sweetener of your choose. I used Sweet Freedom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum

How To Cook

  1. Put desiccated coconut in a cup and cover with half of the milk. Put the carton of cream in the freezer. Let sit both in their noted above locations for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, put soaked coconut and its milk, the rest of the milk, non-dairy cream, sweetener, vanilla extract and xanthan gum in a blender and blend for about 5 minutes until frothy. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
