Ingredients

  • 375g pack of puff pastry
  • 12 Tivall Cocktail Sausages
  • milk, for glazing

How To Cook

  1. Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Roll out the puff pastry to a 0.5cm thickness and cut into 12 squares. Lift onto a baking sheet.
  2. Lay a Tivall meat-free cocktail sausage diagonally across each square, brush two opposite corners with water and pinch together around the sausage. Repeat for all 12 of the sausage rolls.
  3. Glaze with milk and bake for 18-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.
