Apricot Biscuits

Serves 18
Ready in 30 to 60 mins

Ingredients

  • 50g Flora Original
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 1 small free-range egg yolk
  • 115g plain flour
  • 25g of dried apricots

How To Cook

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Measure out all the ingredients and chop the apricots into small cubes.
  2. Grease a baking tray and in a large bowl, add the Flora Original and sugar. Mix together until creamy.
  3. Using a biscuit cutter, cut the dough into fun shapes. Place the shaped biscuits on the greased tray, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Carefully take out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
