Vegetarian Restaurant - What a Wonderful Experience

My cousin, wonderful man that he is, took me to my first vegetarian restaurant

Location: Heddon Street (off Regent Street) in Central London

Not only was it a new experience being able to eat absolutely everything without worrying, but its really wacky the way you do it. The food is all out like a buffet, wonderful hot and cold dishes which keep being replenished, you grab a plate and put whatever you want on it, then you take it to be weighed, and you pay by the weight of your food!!!

It is a really interesting way of doing things, and I like the buffet style as it means you can have as many different dishes as you like, quantities to suit your hunger levels, try something new without being stuck with a whole portion of it etc

The restaurant is Vegetarian Society approved, and as well as being vegetarian they also think its important to use in season vegetables and fruits, organic wherever possible, as local as possible ingredients etc

It was a wonderful experience and its just a good job there isnt one locally because I would be eating there daily!
