Interesting, not tried GBK and not a place I would of thought of as very veggie friendly (not sure why!) but would give them a chance now

Thanks Hoogervaaner - and welcome to the forum! You've inspired me to start a new thread on veggie vouchers and discounts.

    Hey,

GBK has some good ones, but they're a bit pricey. My personal favourite is the "halloumi and hummus" from Bill's. Bill's is a pretty small chain of restaurants, definitely give them a go if you live near one! They have some other tasty-looking veggie options too, and the bread and olives are to die for.

    Love,

Variety's kebab shop in Nantwich always reassure me that their veggie burger is cooked in their chip pan that just has chips in and they always remind me that they will not be putting the burger lid on the grill as they lie meaty kebabs and burgers on there. It is always a lot more satisfying when you can enjoy your food knowing that it is not contaminated!

Its got to be the haloumi burger available at Blas Burgerworks in St Ive's Cornwall. They do about 4 veggie friendly burgers, and all are delicious, have a look at their website. blas burgerworks - St Ives | Gourmet Burgers

Definitely, I think thats always a worry for strict vegetarians. I like when Veggie Society approves somewhere because it means that not only the ingredients have been checked but the way that they are prepared too

Does anyone remember when McDonald's had a quorn chicken burger with sweet chilli sauce? I loved it! Was so sad when it got discontinued.

As a Quorn lover, I really wish more places embraced the Quorn burger - they've definitely got better over the years, and their quarter pounder is a personal fave. Does anyone know anywhere that uses Quorn in burgers?

Don't remember that, but I know wimpy used to use quorn products, they had quorn burger on adult menu & hotdogs and chicken nuggets on kids menu. Not sure if they still do though

I just checked the Wimpy website, and they do still do a lemon and pepper Quorn burger! No sign of any other Quorn products (although admittedly I did just skim it). Now the question is where to find a Wimpy Burger...?
