    Use fresh , hygienic food and all kind of food .
    Fresh and hygienic food is best for health because it have all kind of minerals and vitamins which is best for health and fitness . Eat all kind of food because it is best for health and it contain all kind of minerals and vitamins which full fill our all body requirements . So try to use it and act upon on this .
