    Exercising while vegetarian

    The first GB medallist in the Olympic games, Lizzie Armistead, has been a vegetarian since she was a child. I'm sure none of us are quite at that level, but what are the particular challenges you think are faced by vegetarians who want to train?

    I try to bear in mind that B vitamins are going to be a bit harder to come by for me, so try to eat lots of leafy veg when I've been working hard. Sometimes I end up having to eat ENORMOUS bowls of stew etc if I've been on a long run.

    What are your tips on coping?
