    Food and health

    Food is necessary for life and with out food we can not survive . Food great impact on our life and health. Good food make us healthy and strong . When we over eat and did not manual work or exercise at the end our weight increase. So conscious selection of food and daily exercise which are necessary for our healthy life.

    You are perfectly right. Aside from food we also we also need proper exercise to be healthy and without it, food is not enough.

    Health is wealth as we all are aware of the fact, it is necessary for a person to take care of the health by following some of the daily health tips like: Wash hands before eating, Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, Drink plenty of water and Do yoga and exercise.

    Food has been given a very significant place in our lives because it is our primary requirement. It is our basic need because it is the source of mental and physical energy. The food that we eat, not only effects our body and the efficiency of our mind but directly effects our nature and habits. The Knowledge of balanced diet is therefore indispensable to "Good health".

    Most of us should eat more starchy foods like potatoes, pastas. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Eat more fish and cut down on saturated fat and sugar.

    Diet/food and exercise are the two wheels of a bike,these are related to each other.No doubt food is necessary for our life but healthy food are well fine for us,Unfortunately mostly people avoid healthy food now days and assist on unhealthy fast junk foods.On the exercise plays a vital role in our healthy and fit life.

    If you are taking a well-balanced diet it means you eat enough but not too much and that diet gives you the nutrition which you need to stay healthy. On line food guide can help you your own well-balanced eating plan.
