    Exercise

    Exercise is the key factor for the health and healthy lifestyle, So we can say that exerciser is very important for living healthy life. Exercise help you weight management and also for weight loss. because with the help of exercise any one can burn extra fat of the body.

    Though the stressful schedule I have been having lately, I still make it a point to do my routine exercise every morning just to get things going better and livelier. I mean, it would sometimes make you feel really sluggish.

    But being disciplined about it and knowing what you want done and setting a goal or making it a point to be your lifestyle, I am certain that things would change this time.

    The Exercise is best way to maintain your Body Physically and Mentally. The Numbers of Exercises are available for the Human. Exercise is a way to reduce the weight, improve the strength of power, maintain the body shape, etc.

    i agree with you properly i think jogging on a treadmill is a sufficent exercise for at home and stretching should be done before and after. please suggest me wht do you think about that

    Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. And when your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you have more energy to go about your daily chores.

    No doubt exercise is quite necessary for our health an fitness but unfortunately mostly people avoid it for couple of reasons now days.We should participate or engage ourselves in some kind of physical game of exercise which helps us to maintain our body and spend active,sharp life.

    Yes physically exercise is very good to keep yourself healthy and strong. It is a natural factor which helps to look smart and cool...
    Although all kinda of it are good for health and fitness but some more useful are shared here.
    1. Walking
    2. Cycling
    3. Swimming
    4. Ups and downs.
    5. Little use of gym.

    Exercise is very important to our body and our health, its necessary to our body, i also go to the gym daily and exercise, and i play cricket daily that,s why my body and my health its too good and perfect.

    Exercise is the only way through which a man can be physically and mentally strong. The exercise regulates the body blood pressure and maintain the sugar and salt level in the body. Because which we are kept unaffected by any other types of disease.
