Exercise is necessary for healthy person.
Exercise is necessary for healthy person because it fit and maintain our fitness level. We burn waste calories and fat which is great causes of over weight and heart attack. Daily exercise make us fit and survive in life . I suggest to every one daily exercise.

i agree! defo need to exercise as well as eat good food for health. animals dont lase around all day xcept perhaps sloths!!!!

Exercise is necessary to healthy person because exercise reduce tha fat and made to the person perfact and active when he daily go the gym and another exercise, i also go to the gym daily and i am perfect.

i am totally agree with the concept that exercises are quite necessary for our healthy lifestyle and fitness.Unfortunately mostly people don't bother with their health issues now days and eat whatever they wants,mostly rely on junk/fast and unhealthy foods,stay away from physical workouts,exercises which are caused to weight/fat and health problems.

Without a doubt! Sedentary lifestyle can cause obesity and many serious health problems like diabetes, heart disease, back pain, etc.

Exercise very good option, which i have missed routines since 2006. But wil soon make it daily part of life as been from childhood. It also good option to keep good weight combined by kapalbharti and pranayam it goes superb, these to yoga i practised and think got some mastery, done many forms but to get a single thing you practise again and again you go better and better, mayur ashan i learned good but currently not able to even make that pose try to atleast make it done, rest some others i left never want to practise them too.
