I think it is easier to cook in, as you have control over the ingredients that you use (on the other hand, there is the washing up to content with ...)

I prefer to eat out its less hassle and you save on the dishes, but you dont get to cook to your tastes.

I think sometimes it's easier to eat out because it's nice to waited on have a meal cooked for you,
saves washing up
& always trying to think of something different to do & if you find or have a fave veggie restaurant that's the icing on the cake

Eating in requires a bit more effort usually, but is often healthier, cheaper and ultimately more satisfying.

Eating out is easier although with kids in tow they might not necessarily like items that are on the menu (especially if they are fussy like mine). Best to cook in and eat at home, you know what you're getting, you make what you want and although you have the dishes to do there's always a nice bottle of red wine to see you through.

It's easier, someone else to do the cooking and the washing up, the hardest thing is choosing what you want to eat.

Both, easier to cook in to control the variables like fat/sugar/calories but less time to get someone else to do it i.e. no prep, cooking & washing up! ;0)
