My favourite thing is my veggie peeler, I find peeling vegetables relaxing now and there is so much less wastage!

When I make bolognese I use a food processor to cut all the veg, much quicker and saves on tears when doing the onions

I shake top 'n' tail veg like French beans so they are all in line and then chop their heads (and then their tails) off with a big knife all in one go.

I use a slow cooker a lot during the week to save a lot of time cooking after work. I simply add meat/stew/casserole/soup etc and switch on before we leave for work.
