Vegetables to control cholestrol
Can someone suggest me some vegetables to control my cholestrol, these days i am eating much green vegetables as considered by the doctor, but however i can feel the weight of my body not reducing...

Although it is assumed that people who are fat will have a higher cholesterol, you can be thin and have a high cholesterol. You may not have seen a reduction in your weight but that doesnt mean that there wont have been a reduction in your cholesterol.
Also, it depends how you are preparing your vegetables, are you using any sort of butter or oils on them?

Juker, You had a point! I agree that oils can also adds cholesterol in our body, but did anybody knows that also sweets can add also?

You should try some green vegetables that really helps to reduce fat and try to add some olive oil to your daily meal.

I think all vegetables are good for the control your cholesterol level but most helpful vegetables is Carrot, Cucumber, Spinach, Beetroot, its more help to control your Cholesterol level.
