I couldn't live without my frying pans! There's so much that can be done with them, all types of food, sweet and savoury. I'd really struggle without them!

So pleased with this site - I love finding new vege recipes

Cheese would have to be my favourite ingredient! You can have it on its own and put it with most meals and eat it hot or cold or in its own! Delicious!

There are so many things I use in my kitchen that I can't manage without! Equipment wise, it's got to be my silicone baking set - by far the best and easiest baking accessories I have ever treated myself too! No sticking, no trying to 'hack' out the cakes using palette knives, resulting in massive bits being hacked out of my cakes! Me and my girls spend hours baking together, so these are invaluable! Brilliant for washing up too - no more soaking cake tins!
I also couldn't live without my wok!! I use it at least 3-4 times a week!
Another invaluable gadget which I treated myself too is an electric can / tin opener, I chose this because I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis so find it very difficult to open tins and cans, and this gadget has turned my life around!
Ingredients wise, it has to be cheese and eggs - I make so many dishes based on cheese and eggs that I don't know what I'd do without them!
