    The slow cooker pop it on low in the morning come home to a wonderful home cooked meal for all the family.

    I always have a stir fry bag in the freezer so whenever I chop fresh veggies, herbs or garlic I add a handful to the bag, even leftover frozen veggies is great. Perfect for stir fry, veg omelette, quiche etc.

    I parboil potatoes and put them in the freezer, they're so much quicker to roast cooked from frozen!

    Ill tell you a secret for the best yummiest roast Moroccan potato with harrisa paste around the potatoes olive oil and for the crispiest potatoes sprinkle cous cous all over>... who needs goose fat lol

    My favourite kitchen gadget is the slow cooker - I can bung in the ingredients and go out whilst its cooking!

    i buy frozen ready chopped onions as hate chopping them
    & my all time fave gadget is my apple cutter, just plonk it on top of the apple press down & it's all quarterd & cored for you
