I like to eat out as a treat and if it's myself and my husband, it is easier to eat at home with the children as you don't have to entertain them in the same way as when sitting in a resturant.

Eating in is usually quicker and more convenient, and there's no temptation to eat a big dessert.

Eating out is harder for me as the nearest restaurant is at least 5 miles away. That's not to say I don't prefer making the effort!
