there is little doubt that eating out is easier, no preparation no washing up. but is it better often not...you dont choose the ingredients combinations or how its cooked. what really makes a meal special though is the company.

Think it is so much easier to eat out. Spend so much time shopping, prepping, cooking and clearing up. My partner however would rather we entertain in which is fine if he wishes to do all the work!

It easier to eat at home as a number of restaurants in my area do not cater for vegetarians. You also have more control on salt and fat levels when you create dishes at home especially if you are conscious of this.

Eating out might be easier (less work), but eating in is much more fun, and you definitley know what's in your meal.

Eat out without a doubt - choose what you want and someone else does the work.

    Eating in

I personally find it easier eating in. I enjoy cooking and usually make up a large batch of meals to save time and money. Eating out is nice every once in a while, for special occasions but there's no way I could afford it on a regular basis. Plus, It's much healthier eating home cooked food, you know exactly what's in your food!

It's neither harder or easier to eat out. Eating out is a good way to get inspiration for new ideas for your own cooking.

Eating in is easier if you want choice and control - but more hassle afterwards!

It depends where you are - I was on holiday recently and there wasn't that many veggie options in some of the cafe/restaurants I went to. When I'm back home in Glasgow there are so many places to eat that its easier and more enjoyable to eat out.
