Use it as you would use spinach.

I was given a bag last week. I warmed a tin of Daucy ratatouille, added some wild garlic at the last minute, stirred through some pasta and toppped with grated cheese.

Interesting thread, I would not know what to do with it either and I hate waste so would want to use it in some way

What did you end up doing with it?

Wild garlic grows all around me. It is great, especially in salads. You can chop it up with vinigrette and use as wild pesto. (Chopped nuts optional). You can use it as a wrap for canopies. Stuff with anything that's not too runny. As someone else said you can use instead of spinach. It's best raw. I eat the flowers (dainty, white) as well!

I made a pesto in the end and it worked a treat. It tastes a lot milder than it smells...
