Favourite asparagus recipes?

Asparagus season will be over in a matter of weeks, so now's the time to make the most of those delicious spears. How do you cook yours?

I saute it with garlic and onions.... and add some water by that i can made asparagus soup...

I usually just steam my asparagus and pour over a garlic butter sauce, turns out delicious! Have you ever tried those massive white asparagus, I had some when I was in Austria last year.. very interesting flavour

Steamed with hollandaise sauce (I cheat and buy it in a jar) or roasted in the oven with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, topped with a softly-poached egg.
