    Cook food avoid over heat and spices .
    Because both are harmful for health and loss all the important thing of food .
    Avoid over heat because when we cook food on over heat is spoil all the vitamins and mineral which are best for health and body . So use moderate temperature . Avoid high spices in food . Spices increase the taste of food but it is dangerous for health . So use it in moderate quantity .
