    Banana Cake recipe

    Make a deliceious banana cake with these steps end enjoy a happy meal

    1/4 cup Sour Cream
    1 teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/4 cup Butter, softened
    1 1/2 cup Sugar
    2 Eggs

    2 tablespoon Butter - softened
    1 cup Powdered Sugar
    1 tablespoon Milk
    1 table Lemon Juice
    1 lb Banana - mashed
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1 1/2 cup Flour
    FROSTING


    Preheat oven to 350° then grease & flour a loaf
    pan.
    Mix sour cream & baking soda in a bowl then leave aside for 5 minutes.
    Beat butter, sugar and eggs together then stir into
    sour cream.
    Combine banana in well and add vanilla and
    flour and mix well for 5 minutes.
    Bake in prepared pan and preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Leave for 10 minutes in pan to cool then transfer to wire rack.
    Mix butter and sugar until creamy then beat in
    milk and lemon juice until spreadable. Frost top
    and sides of cake.

    I just use self raising flour, caster sugar, unsalted butter, eggs and bananas made some a few days ago, its really popular in our house (although I am not a fan even though I am the one who does the baking of it!)

    I tried it too and when you add cheese it adds the flavoring it taste more delicious. Try it with cheesI bet you will like it.

    What a lovely recipe, I have not tried with sour cream before, will definitely try your version.
